This is a really nice, spacious basement unit on the south side of Hamilton. It has taller ceilings and is nice and bright with new paint. Floors are hard surface throughout. Even though it’s next to the highway, it’s well insulated from noise and stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter and all utilities are approx.. $100/month (except internet/phone).This is a great one to see in person – call to arrange to see it.
