Originally set up for powder coating, these units have 10 or 12’ ceilings, 3-phase electric, natural gas and some venting systems already installed and could be easily adapted/used for light manufacturing, light welding, powder coat or paint, warehouse, etc. The units are separated with a garage and man door that can be closed/locked. #D has a bathroom - #E is set up with plumbing but no bathroom fixtures are currently installed. Parking is a shared lot. No lot space outside of units, so please no major auto body or auto repair, heavy equipment welding and repair, no marijuana.
