Cindee is a Bitterroot Valley native and has been on the Cardinal Properties team since 2001.

Licensed Property Manager since 2004

Completed the Certified Credit Compliance Professional Designation for Tax Credit Properties 2007

Received National Compliance Designation in 2008.

Cindee handles our Rural Development and Tax Credit properties and processes monthly owner’s statements.

Carol is available to help you with your rental needs and specializes in our furnished rentals that are available long or short term.
